Behind every powerful story lies a “WHY.” Why do you do what you do?
Many of us — myself included — have walked through life unconsciously. Going through motions and not really questioning what they want from life… Then something can happen that makes you stop in your tracks. And you’re forced to consider what to do with your life.
That unexpected event is often a giant WOW! It shakes us up. Gives us time to pause and reflect. Perhaps you can relate to that type of situation.
When we’re tested in life, it’s not what happens to us, but rather what happens within us that ultimately makes all the difference.
Imagine your journey in life is a road, and you can choose different pathways to give your soul its life lessons. What road do you choose and why?
When you listen to my story, you may notice that it may not sound polished or perfect.. it’s just me — speaking from my heart to yours… sharing a message that has a lesson at its ending.
It’s just ten minutes, Check out: “Lessons After A Near Brush With Death.” Tune in at: https://youtu.be/OV73bzKrIRo

Today, June 8th is my birthday, and I want to celebrate YOU!
What can I possibly do to make a bigger difference in your life? You know I’m all about helping you create, tell and share your stories to make a positive impact in the world. So — what can I do for YOU?
Being a perpetual student of life, I’m reading a great book, “Manifesting Your Magical Life,” by Radleigh Valentine. It affirms my beliefs and offers ideas into being in touch with your angelic dream team.
Whether you believe in angels or not, I do. Often, when I feel rescued from a challenging situation, I know I’ve had added help. This book describes how we all come into this world with at least two guardian angels. One is to comfort us, making us feel safe and loved. The other angel takes care of specific tasks or areas of expertise in our life.
No matter what you believe, I want you to know of my commitment to be of service to YOU… someone who cares to make a bigger difference in the world.
While we may be apart in distance, there is no distance in time and space when there is love in our hearts.
May you know how much I appreciate you!
| Make A Wish With Me… |

With faith, belief and perseverance,
I believe we can make dreams come true.
Are you willing to make a wish?
Consider doing it…
Our world needs more dreamers like you.

How important is trust in your relationships?
I’d say trust means everything! Look at the picture above…
Wouldn’t you agree that this woman must trust the archer? She must have faith that he knows what he is doing. Her life is at stake!
Of course, trust is essential in any relationship, including your business success. Make sure you trust everyone in your circle. Or else… you can be in for unpleasant surprises.
In David Horsager’s book, “The Trust Edge,” you can learn about the Eight Pillars of Trust, which lead to relationships, reputations, retention, revenue and results.
Here are five tips from that book to build your fan base…

ENJOY!
Here’s to your success,
Lynn
P.S. I literally cringed at my last email which had a mistake right in the subject line! AAAUUUGGHHH!
The subject line is SOOOOO important. In any event, part of growing is being willing to make mistakes, right?
So — I’m sorry for that typo. Please know that we’re all growing together!

It’s Good To Hit The Pause Button….
How do we stay upbeat and positive while the negative media is bombarding us?
1. BREATHE THREE TIMES. My Rabbi Bruce Elder recommended taking three deep breaths. Three is an intentional number. In Judaism, the word of G-d is not actually voiced, and can be spoken as a breath. So – you’re taking the presence of God inside and out as you breathe. (I used that breathing technique before surgery, and it was most helpful!)
2. SURROUND YOURSELF IN NATURE.
Take a walk, jog or bike ride outside. Treasure the wind on your face, listen to the birds, and inhale the scent of the flowers. We are all inextricably connected, and nature grounds us into a state of calm. (I have an app of nature sounds on my phone!)
3. HIT THE PAUSE BUTTON.
I’m recuperating this week after surgery, and the doctor advised that I take off this week to rest. (Do I typically rest and do nothing? No….) In any event, I decided I needed to “hit the pause button” – and take off almost everything on my schedule. We can all benefit from a little more rest, couldn’t we?
Our lives evolve from one day to another, just as our stories do.
So let us each take some time to pause and rest. Rejuvenate our spirits. Find some time to just “be” in the moment. Afterwards, we’ll be more ready to tackle obstacles that may come up.
Thank you for your support and kind words on social media over the past ten days. I’m most grateful. They were all a great boost to my spirits.
You just don’t realize how a word, thought or action can change someone’s life.
Let us take time for each of us to pause. Inhale deeply. And feel the gift of being alive right now.
You are most special to me.

Lynn Sanders

I’m staying up too late…. just needed to talk with you.
When you receive this message, I’ll be in the hospital — having back surgery.
It’s a strange feeling to know that I’ll be having a major procedure for 3.5 hours, and will need to recuperate for a while before I can resume regular activities.
How long will I need? Who knows?
I just know this is a time to have faith. To trust. And to bring all the positive energy from my loved ones on this side and on the Other Side to keep me company.
I’m focusing on having a positive outcome. Do you ever face a situation where you need to trust and let go? Whatever will be will be…
Life is simply a giant lesson. I’m learning all the time. And I really appreciate your kind messages, email posts and private prayers.
Before I take off, I wanted to send a special message out to you. See: https://bit.ly/DM-HonoringYou
Wishing you all the best always,
Lynn

When the Magnolia tree blossoms outside my window, I’m so glad to see those buds opening.
Springtime is a metaphor for renewal to me.
While some of us make time to clean out closets and update files, we can also use this time to reflect and take an assessment of ourselves.
To me, springtime is a reminder to tend to the garden of our soul.
Are we caring for the roots? What’s at our core that needs replenishing? What’s our priority?
Instead of doing – doing – doing, let’s take a deep breath together….
Again… and once more.
Do you feel yourself relaxing? I hope so. As we approach our work, let’s do our best to work smart, not hard.
Facing an upcoming back surgery in two weeks, and knowing I have limited time to get as much done as possible, I’ve become more conscious of time.
Here are my favorite 7 tips on time management:
- Set goals that are achievable and measurable.
- Prioritize wisely, based on importance.
- Set a time limit to complete a task. (You can use a timer in your computer or phone)
- Take a break between tasks.
- Remove non-essential tasks/activities.
- Plan ahead
- Learn to say no.
Wherever we go, let’s make time to be kind to ourselves and one another. Our world needs it more than ever.
If you want to fine-tune your own storytelling skills to build your impact, contact me to qualify for a 30-minute “spring tune-up.”
Here’s to your success,
